Firstly, fill in the contact form below giving as much detail as possible. I'll then be back in touch within 48 hours to confirm my availability.

If I have availability on your requested date (fingers crossed I do!), I'll send a confirmation email giving you the thumbs up, along with a personalised quote. You’ll also have the option to book “a wee blether” if you’d like to virtually meet me before accepting your quote.

If I don’t have availability on your requested date, you'll still receive a response. Please aim to accept your personalised quote within 7 days if you'd definitely like to book!

Once you’ve accepted your quote, a 25% booking fee (paid by card or bank transfer) and a signed contract are required to secure your date.

Please note that I receive multiple enquiries for the same dates. While priority is given to the first person who contacts me, your date isn’t secure until the booking fee is paid and the contract is signed.

Once you’ve paid your booking fee and signed your contract, I’ll send you a booking confirmation email to let you know you’re officially in my diary (yay!). In that email, you’ll also get a link to my welcome brochure with lots of handy info, plus a receipt for your payment so you know it’s all gone through.

I’ll also outline what happens next – and of course, I’m always just an email away if you need anything at all after booking.

After your booking is confirmed, you won’t just be left hanging – I’ll keep in touch in the lead-up to your wedding. About 90 days before the big day, you’ll get a questionnaire from me so I can gather all the juicy details about your plans.

Then, 60 days before, I’ll send you a link to book in your pre-wedding chat. We’ll usually catch up over Zoom around 4 weeks before your wedding to go through the final details together. That way, everything feels organised, relaxed, and exciting!
