If I'm available for your date (fingers crossed I am!), I'll send you a confirmation email with the good news, along with your personalised quote.

Fancy a wee blether before making things official? You'll also have the option to book a virtual call so we can meet, chat through your plans and make sure we're a good fit.

Your quote is valid for seven days, so if you'd love to have me along for the ride, I'd recommend accepting it within that time.

If I'm not available for your date, don't worry – you'll still receive a reply from me.

Ready to make it official? Yay! To secure your wedding date, I'll need your signed contract and a 25% booking fee, which you can pay by card or bank transfer.

I sometimes receive multiple enquiries for the same date, so while I always aim to respond to enquiries in the order they arrive, your date isn't officially secured until both your booking fee has been paid and your contract has been signed.

Once those two things are sorted, you're officially one step closer to having your wedding memories captured!

It's official – you're in my diary! Yay!

Once your booking fee has been paid and your contract signed, I'll send you a booking confirmation email so you know everything is all sorted.

You'll also receive a link to my welcome brochure, packed with handy information to help you along the way, along with a receipt for your payment.

I'll let you know what happens next, too, so you're never left wondering what to expect. And of course, if you have any questions at any point, I'm always just an email away.

Now you can tick wedding photography off your to-do list and get back to all the other exciting bits of planning your big day!

Once you're booked in, you won't just be left hanging until your wedding day! I'll keep in touch as the excitement builds, making sure we're all organised and ready for the big day.

Around 90 days before your wedding, I'll send you a questionnaire to gather all the juicy details about your plans, timings and everything in between.

Then, around 60 days before your wedding, you'll receive a link to book your pre-wedding chat. We'll usually catch up over Zoom around four weeks before the big day to run through the final details, answer any last-minute questions and make sure we're all on the same page.

That way, when your wedding day arrives, you can relax, enjoy every minute and leave the photography side of things in my hands.
