We’re finally wrapping up our 14-day trip to Paphos, and it’s hard to believe how fast this second week has flown by!🥹

We stayed at the same hotel as in 2022 @aquamare_hotel, but this trip had a twist – we experienced our first EARTHQUAKE! It was a 4.9 magnitude quake just 16 km away, so we really, REALLY felt it. Definitely one for the memory books!🤣

We’ve had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend Paphos for a relaxing and HOT getaway. The heat and humidity are a far cry from Scottish weather, and it always takes me a few days to adjust. Thankfully, my £10 Amazon fan saved me more than once!😅

Paphos is great – the buses are easy to use, there’s a lovely straight boardwalk to the harbour, and plenty of affordable, beautiful day trips for the family. The locals are mostly friendly and speak great English, making things so much easier. I’ve no doubt we’ll be back, and next time we might try a villa since we’re feeling more confident about getting around.🏡

Highly recommend it if you’re after some sunshine and relaxation!☀️

I can’t begin to explain just how much I had been eagerly anticipating this Roulotte Retreat wedding for what felt like forever, and it was everything I hoped for and MORE!🌼

This venue is easily one of my faves to date. L & P’s wedding day was absolutely unforgettable! With enchanting owls, lush long grass, charming roulottes, and brass outdoor roll-top baths, every detail was pure magic.🤩
